Meet Results, Visualized!

We were created because of our passion to help teams, organizations, and communities to understand each other, collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and...simply, work better together! 


We believe that the foundation of success is grounded in people and teams understanding and living their purpose - knowing their WHY - and focusing on and continuously improving HOW they work so that they can sustain their success and fulfill their purpose. What we see however, is an extreme focus on the WHAT - the tasks, the activities, the production of widgets - as the only measure of success; many times at the expense of people and teams not knowing why they are doing what they are doing, unpredictability from one delivery cycle to the next and high burn-out rates. We see assumptions being made without clarification and agreement on meaning, with little time spent on eradicating misinterpretations and misunderstandings so that all team members can confidently action the decisions that are made towards a clear vision.


Results, Visualized! was founded in 2016 and provides unique services to address these challenges enabling leaders of organizations to communicate purpose clearly and create environments for their teams to work on the right things at the right times with the right support. We help to ignite their engagement and increase their velocity towards the right actions and results. Results, Visualized! uses visual facilitation, team engagement, agile and executive coaching and learning techniques to create exciting and new team collaboration experiences. We use visuals and visual capture along with team participation activities in your meetings and working sessions to foster new connections, deepen collaboration, heighten clarity and understanding, and enable quicker decision-making, consensus, and buy-in – literally “drawing action from words”.

Meet Kim, the creator of Results, Visualized!

I describe myself as a "Team Engagement Expert" and I use visual facilitation, change management, and coaching methods to engage in a unique way to increase collaboration, accelerate deeper understanding and meaning, and ignite action to achieve more predictable and reliable results!


During my childhood and early teen years, I was really into drawing and painting and making art. My ambition was to be a full time artist…until my high school received their first personal computers. I took a programming class and my passion changed setting a path for a technical career. I concentrated on earning a Computer Science Engineering degree and embarked on a career in building and implementing technology solutions for financial services and insurance organizations. Over my 25+ year career, I successfully delivered multiple transformational programs and managed global I.T. organizations, changing the way in which these organizations work and realizing hard dollar cost savings and operational efficiencies. I wore many hats throughout this journey - developer, analyst, tester, project manager, program manager, delivery and support leader, client manager, CIO - and every single hat worn provided me another proof-point of a very simple concept: success cannot be achieved predictably and reliably when people are not working effectively together.


Even though I was technically focused, I never lost my passion for creating art and was always the first person to grab the marker and draw on the whiteboard or flipchart to help leaders, customers, and teams better articulate a problem, design a solution, or organize a strategic or execution plan. My drawing talent, deep listening skills and my ability to distill complex challenges and ideas down to simple icons and visuals created faster comprehension, clearer communications, and better decisions for those I worked with and served. I loved creating innovative and new ways of working and extracting the highest performance from my teams and enabling them to work better together.   


When I contemplated leaving the corporate world to start my own business, I knew I wanted to utilize visualization and graphic techniques to continue to help teams to create clarity and buy-in and manage delivery risk and drive actionable results. I wanted to leverage all of my vast and varied experiences in service to organizations and teams who could benefit from creative facilitation and problem solving - illuminating problems, brainstorming more effectively, and defining actionable strategies to achieve immediate results with long term benefits. I discovered the field and community of Visual Practitioners - a fancy way to describe what I had already been doing my entire I.T. career without knowing it! Imagine, a way to merge my visualization passion with my hands-on knowledge of organizations and team engagement and offer this to teams who really need it! Coming full circle back to realizing my initial ambition of becoming a full time "artist", now called "visual facilitator"!


Results, Visualized! was established and I have not looked back! We are often called upon by companies and conference event organizations to help communicate strategies, build roadmaps and implement change management practices in a visual way to engage team differently, create sustaining impact and bias to action. I want to continue to leverage all of my vast and varied experiences for organizations and teams that need creative facilitation and problem solving to accelerate their performance and ability to achieve success in a sustainable way!
